INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN OF DEFECTIVE AND NON-COMPLIANT GOODS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Smo'wil will gladly accept returns or exchanges for size of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered goods with all the internal labels of the garments intact with the original receipt within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are made in the form of an original payment.

You should send the product in the same package you received. The shipping cost will be borne by Smo'h Wil.

If you change the size, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new size.

You can only change the size for the same product and only once.

Smo'h Wil reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return requirements at the sole discretion of Smo'h Wil. Please include all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrapping with the product to be returned and within 14 days of the delivery date.

After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you are entitled to a refund based on our return and exchange conditions.

We will process your refund or size exchange as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date the returned goods were received by us. We will refund the money received from you using the same method used to make the payment if the card is available.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:

1. Fill out the form by clicking on oursreturn pageby entering the order number and reasons for the return

2. Smo'h Wil will send you an email indicating how to prepare the package.

3. One of our staff in charge of receiving the goods will verify and send an email containing the return confirmation.

4. Within 30 days, you will receive a refund of the amount spent using the payment method used
